A French Louis XV Veilleuses À La Turque De Clavecin. 19th Century. Circa 1850

The harpsichord shaped canapé, with C-scrolled chanelling and rococo cartoches, within moulded serpentine shaped back and seat-rail. The back frame with acanthus leaves carving , shaped armrest supports and seat-rails, above 7 cabriole legs, headed by flowerheads and foliate pendants upholstered in a rich salmon and cream silk brocade fabric.
